Just heard from an insider that the advertising industry of the Philippines has finally caught up with the slow swelling of self-love for our own skin. Our race. Our color. Being kayumanggi will be obviously "in" again.
I wonder, now, what will happen to the industry that has blossomed through aggravating the cultural "default" setting of Filipinos seeing their own skin as second class?
